US urged to put genuine effort into curbing emissions

The US Government has been urged to do more than 'shout slogans' after its Supreme Court recently voted to restrict its Executive's power to do anything about reducing coal or gas power emissions:

I suspect Canada (a G8 member) and Australia would take issue with not being consider major countries.

I see you don't understand what 'per capita' means.

Unfortunately the US Government is not like you, possibly good faith but ignorant. The USG understands all too well the havoc it wreaks on our environment yet chooses to do nothing.
