Oh, I feel so stupid, I understand it now. This song relates to CC because the song part in wikipedia is a website and so is CC.

On my farm we have taken to painting a red-cross on the behinds of all the sheep that kick. We have found that this measure greatly increases the pleasure we are able to take from our occaisional daliances with the flock. May I suggest that you too try this scheme.
