Find her a new target... have a handsome friend who's wealthier and a few years younger than you? (cough *saxi* cough) start dating someone even more dangerous and protective, and explain the situation to her.

Carrying the flaming sacs of dog dirt is probably hundreds of times easier than, finding an MMA lady that is not a double bagger/lights out situation.

Anyways, this is what I did.
Blocked her number. When she started harassing me at my own apartment IE: Parking next to my car, waiting for me to leave, I called the cops and then got a restraining order. Then I moved to a completely different area afterwards. Did this stop her though? Nope. She started having her friends contact me, or reaching out to my Dad to see what I was doing. Since I blocked all of her friends numbers, she now just emails me about every other month, usually about 7 of them back to back about some drivel of her mental state.
I can accept the emails at least, rarely check em so no big loss.
Moral of the story though: Don't feed the fire, don't give them ammo. Let them dig themselves into a hole.
Edit - No kids involved, she's just bat shit crazy.

A guy I worked with was the male equivalent. One day he told me 'I think I'm gonna dump my girlfriend.' I asked him 'Why's that?' He said 'That's the third time she's moved without giving me the new address'.
