Do you take water when you go to yours? How far do I need to truck my water? How far to an airstrip? Less than a mile to airstrip 40 to water preferred.

Water meaning river, pond or spring. Access to natural water on land is big $$$ in Texas. Digging a well starts at $10,000+. Also, Texas is full of tiny airstrips. Dirt is the best between Austin and Houston. It's really nice. You would like it.
