My wife and I watched it a few months and spent the whole movie making fun of emo-Anakin.

He seems better than in episode II & III of the live action series at least.

the movie is not great, imo. same goes for the first two seasons of the series, really - although there are some decent story arcs in there. seasons 3, 4, 5, 6,7 & 8 are much, much better & imo, contain some of the best writing to be had in the entire franchise. i highly recommend watching the whole shebang in chronological order, as opposed to movie>season 1>season 2, etc. as it is an anthology series.

TCW anakin is the best one you're going to get - prequel anakin was terrible.

My daughter figured it's first chronologically.

Also if it's not great I'd rather get it over with.

It has Jabba the huts kid and they're calling it stinky behind Jabba's back so that's a bit amusing.

Doesn't matter, we're more than half way through. I trust her, either way it seems like a good plan to knock it off first.

Update :

We're done. It was ok. Probably better if I could have got in on DoomY's MysteryScienceTheatre3000 treatment.

Maybe not.

Does it mean I should stop watching, because it's going to be constructed like Pulp Fiction and is going to start skipping back and forth chronologically?

anthology means unrelated episodes. The Outer Limits/The Twilight Zone are anthology shows. The cast, setting and everything can change from episode to episode.

Ok, I had no idea. I might need to quit watching before I get annoyed.

I'm not too hung up on problems like. Luke kissing his sister then later sensing her presence using the force, but...

I am still pretty bitter about casting Alden Ehrenreich as Han Solo.

If they can just change stuff they should definately not have modeled Anakin on Hayden Christiansen with a haircut.

Maybe I should just go back to my high risk BBQ activities.

Well, it's not a total loss. Looked up Hayden and noticed his long time partner was Rachel Bilson. Reminded me of this off topic video clip.
