Always good to have a backup plan, and the president - in his wisdom - is already planting timebombs in the Oval Office.
Trump just quietly passed an executive order that could destroy a future Biden administration
Donald Trump’s latest executive order could give him the power to mount a scorched-earth campaign which would cripple a future Biden administration.
In the event the incumbent president loses his re-election bid, this order could give him largely unfettered authority to fire experts like Dr Anthony Fauci while leaving behind a corps of embedded loyalists to undermine his successor, according to federal employment law experts.
The order, which the White House released late Wednesday evening, would strip civil service protections from a broad swath of career civil servants if it is decided that they are in “confidential, policy-determining, policy-making, or policy-advocating positions” — a description previously reserved for the political appointees who come and go with each change in administration. It does that by creating a new category for such positions that do not turn over from administration to administration and reclassifying them as part of that category. The Office of Personnel Management — essentially the executive branch’s human resources department — has been charged with implementing the order by publishing a “preliminary” list of positions to be moved into the new category on what could President Donald Trump’s last full day in office: January 19, 2021.
Creating the new category — known as “Schedule F” — and moving current civil servants into it could allow a lame-duck President Trump to cripple his successor’s administration by firing any career federal employees who’ve been included on the list. It also could allow Trump administration officials to skirt prohibitions against “burrowing in” — the heavily restricted practice of converting political appointees (known as “Schedule C” employees) into career civil servants — by hiring them under the new category for positions which would not end with Trump’s term. Another provision orders agencies to take steps to prohibit removing “Schedule F” appointees from their jobs on the grounds of “political affiliation,” which could potentially prevent a future administration from firing unqualified appointees because of their association with President Trump.
Biden will be the leader of a government staffed entirely with Trump loyalists he can't replace; that'll be enough to cripple and paralyze the presidency into total collapse so that Biden won't be able to do anything we find objectionable (or, really, anything at all) and Senator Tom Cotton will be able to easily sweep into the White House in 2024 as Americans express frustration their tax refunds aren't getting processed, their Social Security checks are coming late, no basic government functions are occurring ...
Trump is playing 4D Chess with brass knuckles against a fading old man who hasn't yet mastered Checkers.

This sad, fading old man will not be able to deal with the bulldozer of shit that we're going to release on him in the event he wins. Going to bed at 7 p.m. and having to nap in the middle of the day won't give him time to deal with the relentless crises Trump has set to detonate after January 20. Rats will wish Trump had won after we nuke this bitch.

1) If Trump is taking these actions with Executive order, then Biden can undo them Day 1 with Executive Order.
2) Trump is acting like the kid at the playground who leaves and takes his ball home because he’s not doing well. How do you respect a man. who says he “loves American” and then simultaneously executes this ‘scorched earth’ policy to help ensure his successor fails? Wouldn’t the mature/Presidential thing to do be to help ensure a smooth transition and make sure your successor to help move the country forward?

Under the Administrative Procedures Act, Biden can only undo an Executive Order demonstrating proof that he is not doing so in an arbitrary manner - that there is data and evidence of a reason to do so - and following a period of public hearings and comment. This will take a minimum of four months (but realistically 6-8 months since there will be a bevy of lawsuits).
Trump got into the same hot water when he tried to reverse Obama's EO on DACA. To undo that it took him a year and a half.

Nice that you completely ignored the second, and more relevant, part of my post.

He was put on this planet to serve himself.
He’s incapable of sacrificing for the greater good. Not only that, he’ll actively step on the heads of people and harm them if it suits his ego and his wallet.
I wonder how many of his supporters realize this deep down and can’t admit it.

Apparently.
Here he is advocating for his 1994 Crime Bill that locked up thousands of Blacks, by denouncing those who said the African-American community has experienced systemic racism which led to poverty and, in turn, atypical crime rates in that community.
"They must be taken off the street!"
"... a cadre of young people, tens of thousands ... they will become the predators ... we have predators on our streets ... it doesn't matter if they were deprived as youth, we have no choice but to take them out of society"
"we must make the streets safer ... I don't CARE WHY someone is a malfactor ... we have an obligation to cordon them off from the rest of society ... THEY MUST BE TAKEN OUT! THEY MUST BE IN JAIL!"

So Biden pushes for a Crime Bill in 1994 that is supported bipartisan and supported by black religious leaders to cut the crime in minority areas and he is getting blamed for putting Tanner in jail? Maybe if Tanner made better choices as a aspiring boxer than distributing drugs he wouldn't have ended up in jail.

"Blacks should just make better choices and they wouldn't be in jail or shot by police" and "Blacks should just work harder and they wouldn't be poor" are examples of racist tropes that are prevalent in our society and evidence its structural racism.

I realize that there is racism in our society. But if you noticed I used the name Tanner instead of black man. There are many black men who have better themselves with their god given talents. Alan Page former defensive end for the Minnesota Vikings who became part of the Minnesota Supreme Court to name one. Tanner had a god given talent as being this talented boxer and he made a decision to take a chance and throw it away because he was dealing in crack cocaine. You are using his case to try to make Biden look like he wants to send every black man to jail even thou he had the support of black leaders to do something of the rising crime in their communities.

The President is preparing to continue the campaign through January!
Top surrogates for the Trump campaign have been told to keep their Novembers clear for potential campaign events. And Trump campaign advisers said not to rule out the possibility Trump continues his rallies even as election officials continue to count ballots after the Nov. 3 election, according to a campaign surrogate and two Trump advisers.
