Prince Harry has urged US citizens to "reject hate speech" and vote in the country's upcoming presidential election.

So, Harry and Meggs were not referring to any particular candidate, and yet both Darth Donald and his Apprentice Saxi immediately connected the dots and realized that "reject hate speech" means to reject them. The logical inference to make is that Darth Donald is fully aware that he is the chief purveyor of hate speech in the world today, and his Apprentice is aware, also.
