Peaceful protesters, many carrying American flags and pictures of Donald Trump, have captured the Reichstag from the elderly liberal Angela Merkel, pushing back Merkel's riot police in the process. It's time to drain the Berlin swamp!

Demonstrators bearing the flag of former imperial Germany - used by the Reichsbürger (Reich Citizens) far-right group - overcame a handful of police to run to the building entrance.

Police put the number involved at several hundred.

Scuffles broke out and the protesters were then overcome by police using pepper spray. Several people were arrested.

IOW, there is 3-7 times more enthusiasm in Germany to overthrow Leader-for-Life Merkel and install the fresh and vibrant Alice Weidel as Chancellor than there is in the United States to replace Trump with Sleepy Joe.
