God was allowed in the GOP Convention! O:)

The caller, who identified himself only as Rick, from Lorain, Ohio, told the station that he decided-- in part-- to change his vote because of the way Republicans embraced the word “God.”

“The people on the Democratic side, at their convention — acted like they were pushing God right out of it. And that had a lot to do with changing my mind,” he said.

The official meeting of RNC delegates Monday emphasized the words "under God" in the Pledge of Allegiance after a committee and a caucus meeting omitted the words from the pledge during the Democratic National Convention.

Just because someone says "God" doesn't mean they're holy.

Yeah, it's absolutely hilarious that the Republican party, who's only motive for being nowadays is enable the rich to better f*ck over the poor, has cloaked itself in the mantle of Christ, a man who dedicated himself to serving the poor.

It's easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle than for Christian charity to enter the RNC.

Do not vote Democrat it would be a mortal sin to vote for this party. They do not support life in any form. They are self-love and not about me the creator of life itself. Their ways are not my ways, says the Lord of Hosts.

My ways are not man’s ways. My ways are far above man’s ways.

Fox News, long the propaganda wing of the Trump regime, has fallen out of favour and is about to be purged.

Not dishonest enough for the Liar-in-Chief.

That's the fault of the Democrats. After Carter first politicized the Evangelicals to secure his 1976 win, the GOP either had to capture one of the Democrat constituencies or the United States would become a one-party state. The Evangelicals were simply the easiest to carve off.

Had Carter not politicized the Evangelicals, there would be no comity between them and the GOP today. But there is so, to maintain it, we have to give them things in exchange for their votes and one of the things they happen to want is for President Trump to put on a moderately believable Hallelujah show every now and then, not showboat all the models he fucks, and ban abortion.

That's how market democracy works; a group asks for something, politicians give it to them, the group responds by paying the politician with their votes. It's not for us to decide if what this particular group is requesting is sound or not. They can spend their votes however they like and it's our job to create the most appealing product for them to spend their votes on.

Andrew Lloyd Weber isn't particularly religious but he wrote a crazy stage show about the coat of many colors starring a large group of ambiguously homosexual Englishmen and, in exchange, people give him money to see it and enough people give him money to see it that he gets a Tony Award.

It's not Andrew Lloyd Weber's job to write a musical scored for one snare drum and two kazoos about humanism and then live in poverty for the rest of his life just because.
