With the country in the throes of anti-racist and counter-pro-racist protests, riots and violence, following the execution of a black man in broad daylight by police, there has been ANOTHER incident.

Yesterday, Atlanta police were called out after reports of a man sleeping in his car while black, and shortly after arriving gunned him down in the street:

Atlanta's Police Chief has resigned after the fatal shooting of an African-American who had fallen asleep in his car at a drive-through restaurant.

Atlanta's medical examiner has determined this murder to be exactly that: a murder. The officer who shot this man has already been sacked and the attorney general is preparing charges against him:

The thread title says the US police have just murdered another black guy. The OP points out that this has come at a time when the US is gripped by anti-racism protests in the wake of a different police-vs-black guy murder. Everything in that OP is factually correct. Sorry if you've misunderstood any of it.
