Your questin is a bit to broad to even answer because I can't really... there is always the supporter in you that has a biaised vision of all this...
but yeah, the real question here is... will messi and cristiano be considered the two best players of all time once they retire? I mean it's normal, right now they are still active and we tend to see more their defects and the fact that they are aging.... but both of them have brought over a decade of never seen stats, titles and mouth opening goals and plays. It's also very hard to compare eras... Di Stefano, PelƩ, Beckenbauer, cruyff, Maradona, Platini, Zidane, Ronaldo, Ronaldinho.... there are skills, there is luck with injuries, there is luck with teams you're in, and then there is your mental capacities which is arguably the most important variable... and guys like messi and cristinao are robots in that aspect

I've barely been to any internationals. England are too depressing to watch and I cba to travel abroad to watch other countries. I go to a fair few EPL/Championship club games though. One of my favourites to date was the Man City v Chelsea FA Cup final where Sarri substituted Kepa, Kepa refused to come off and the two of them had a stand-off for like 5-6 minutes until Sarri eventually gave up and let him stay on.

lol of course i remember that game!
stamford bridge... 2010 or 2011 when I used to live in london.. one of my best friends there is a hard core chelsea fan and he has yearly tickets with his dad.. his dad couldn't come and he let me take his dad's ticket knowing I'm a marseille fan... it finished 1-1 if I remember correctly. We were behind a goal where some hard core chelsea fans are, he made me wear a chelsea cap and he told me not to say a word if marseille scores or they'd kick the shit out of me. I had to hide my "yessss" when we equalized lol. DUring the game those chelsea boys were just casually talking about the brawl they had upcomming as milwall and QPR were playing at the same time and they were going up there for a three way.

millwall defo always had the craziest fans
i remeber the one newcastle game, the chants i barely could understand with the thick geordie accents, newcastle goes on shutdown for game day still which is fun, but not nearly the same as it used to be, but cool with see a good ol mackem magpie derby day tho
