I mean, here in Ontario it's illegal to sell beer to a 16-year old, but I always found somebody to serve me when I was 16.
I'm not quite sure what you're saying. That gun range owners are inherently more law-abiding than bartenders? Or that Texans are inherently more law abiding than Ontarians?
