how to lower ocean levels -> melt all Icebergs

so how does melting the icebergs lower ocean levels you might be thinking..
well..
water .. expands .. when it freezes. it contracts when it melts.
so . technically.. an Iceberg- being a large frozen chunk of ice - would be taking up more physical space in the ocean due to displacement.. then if you melted the iceberg into water
