Does Hollywood actually Hate women & the LGBT Community..?

this is something I just pondered.
does Hollywood actually Hate the LGBT Community & Women.. ?
Gay & Lesbian People have proclaimed loudly that they are born Gay or Lesbian.. that it is not a choice. I can agree with this notion.
and women want equality.. they want to be known for their own accomplishments. I can also agree with this notion.
so a movie character should also be 'Born on Screen ' as Gay or Lesbian or a woman
now consider what Hollywood has been doing for the past few years..
they have been converting former successful 'born on screen' Straight Males Lead roles and turning them into either Gay Males or Women..
Hollywood is technically saying.. " the characters were not born on screen as Gay , nor were they Born on screen as Women.. but over time they chose to become Gay or Became a woman. "
Hollywood is "converting" previous obvious Straight Male characters into Gay characters or women characters instead of creating new characters that were 'born on the screen' as Gay or Women.. and letting those 'born on screen' gay or women characters succeed on their own merits.
just a thought..
