Why would “the Liberal Media and the Democratic Liberals” bother?
If his Presidency is based on this giant lie that he’s really not an American, and it’s such a conspiracy that the media and the Democratic Establishment have to get together and have to work hard to trick us.... why would they bother?

There are plenty of reasons to (justifiably from either left/right side) to dislike Obama too so I also don't really see the appeal in the meme.
