That just means he can get away with it, it doesn't make it not a character flaw and something you really don't want in your leaders.

He does play a lot of golf when he's supposed to be presidenting (at a not inconsiderable expense to the taxpayer), but it seems like when you poke the weeds at Mar-a-Lago you'll find somebody who'll dish on Trump for cheating at golf. It's not an uncommon opinion.
