Recent Bellevue Hospital patient AOC and 132 year-old Nancy Pelosi are battling to be Ruler of the Democrat Party.

Counselor to the President, Kellyanne Conway, has described the battle as a "catfight." However, AOC has now rounded on Ms Conway and called her sexist for calling her feud with Pelosi a "catfight."
