They have been arresting people and executing them on demand for quite a while. The awful counterpart to it is that there're buyers.

Honestly if my son needed an organ, I wouldn't give any fucks as to where he got something that would save his life. Hell, I'd go harvest it myself.

Obviously there would be plenty of buyers in the USA, Canada, and Europe too... anywhere there’s a need and money.

The sick part is that it’s forced and that it’s authorized by the government.
