Do you think Sansa will make an appearance in this last episode?
She’s all the way up North, I don’t see how she can be involved.

It’s obvious/sad they’re setting up a confrontation between Jon and Daenerys.
I don’t see how they can avoid it and still ‘end’ the show.

I’m presuming all the deaths we “saw” were real... and we’re not gonna have Jamie and Cersei digging themselves out.

I really wanted Arya to say “Daenerys” as she got on the horse and rode off... I wanted her to say that name in the same tone she used when she used to say all the names of the people she planned to kill. I mean we know she’s going to want to kill Daenerys, so why not put it on front street.

I’m guessing Arya will kill Dany. That leaves Jon free of the guilt, and ‘looks’ better when he takes the throne.

Of course the throne doesn’t really exist anymore, it’s buried under all that rubble.

In order from probable to maybe to unlikely to pretty much not at all but I can dream:

Jon will accept his birthright as a means to overthrowing the Mad Queen. His side will win, probably with him still alive. He'll either mope more about how he doesn't want it and give it to Sansa or Tyrion, accept that hes the trustworthy face the country needs while it recovers from this chaos but again name Tyrion or Sansa as his hand to do all the true ruling or be dead and leave Westeros without a clear leader to rule it.

I think all this plot armor they're giving Arya is to lull us into false confidence. She'll try to kill Dany, maybe even kill Greyworm or Tyrion first so that she'll have a face she thinks Dany will trust only to be overconfident and get herself killed (I mean wouldn't that be a strange conclusion. Arya kills Tyrion to get to Dany, doesn't realize Dany probably already plans to have Tyrion executed for freeing his brother and herself gets set on fire? Eh. She's probably cautious enough not to approach Dany when the Dragon is standing right there but who really knows)

Not Bran will go back in time to drive Aerys crazy because he realizes setting up a scenario where Dany gets her dragons and Arya gets her assassin training is the only one where they can kill The Night King before he takes over Westeros and possibly the whole world.

Rhaegal turns out to be alive. Okay not really but it makes me sad there s only one Dragon now and it's the one that helped Dany level a city.

I fell like one of the main themes of this show is that power corrupts, so it would be more fitting to have Jon have to do it (and live with it).

Jon's going to defuse a bomb while it has 2 seconds left on the clock, romantic music will start playing and he'll sweep Dany off her feet and kiss her while the watching crowd cheers. The camera will pan away to Tyrion, who wipes a tear from his eye before turning to hug Bravos. The ghosts of every dead good character hover in the background, watching approvingly.

Bran is going to wake up at the end of the next episode and we find out that seasons 1-8 were all a dream he had while passed out after Jaime pushed him out that window.

Jon is going to kill Daenarys.

Arya is going to realize Sandor was right. She's done enough killing; it's time to think about living. She's going to go find the Baratheon bastard and they're going to make babies.

Tyrion will be revealed as a Targaryen. He will consummate his marriage with Sansa and they will rule in some fashion. Not sure if it will be the north only or if they will take the South as well.

The new gods will be banished. The old gods will be brought back with Bran as the High Priest.

The Iron Throne is finished. There will be a new government. I don't think it will be a republic or anthing, but ideally it will be a loose confederacy of the Kingdoms with each of them being self-governing.

Jon didn’t technically kneel...but he did kiss her Nd call her his queen forever before stabbing her in the heart.
So I guess close enough.

Good job,

I assume you have inside knowledge, because...Bran? Really?

In the books this dude is melded into the roots on a weirwood tree, or whatever the f*ck they call it.

He’s not even Bran, as he’s told us time-and-again.... he’s ‘not Bran he’s the 3-eyed raven” what ever the f*ck that is!

Shit, it was basically implied he was useless in the south, that he had “no sight” in the south because all the weirwoods south of the Neck had been cut down in ancient times. So how can he rule? It’s out of character and ridiculous.

All your other predictions and most everything else that happened in the episode I buy... I don’t love it all, but it’s tough to end a good show. So I’m willing to be forgiving/understanding.... but Bran.

Bran is the oldest full blooded Son of Ned Stark left.. Ned was named protector of the realm by Robert... before Cersei's coup... it seems only fitting his son take up the role

+ Bran .. ( I think .. ) is the only single person left alive with no blood on his hands...

I would've preferred if they'd somehow found a way to massacre the dragon, the unsullied and the Dorthraki; perhaps by poison. Then have John Snow fight Greyworm in single combat.

Bran’s no even really ‘human’ anymore.

As the ‘three eyed raven’ he’s a creature of the North and therefore belongs in the North.

If Bran, the only remaining true son of Ned Stark, is King... then Sansa’s whole reason for wanting the North to remain separate is essentially moot. She claims the ‘North won’t kneel’ to a southern king... but Bran (as a male in the sexist world of GOT) really holds a better claim to the ruling the North than Sansa. No?

Also, if Bran lets the North be a separate Kingdom then wouldn’t the other Lords also want to be independent? At the very least Dorne and the Iron Islands would claim independence. The Iron Islands nominally falls under the purview of the Warden of the North.... but if the North is Independent then where do the IRon Islands fit into this new order. I’m just saying there are some unanswered questions.

I think someone should’ve pointed out that Drogon melted the Iron Throne and maybe they should take that as a sign... and they could’ve settled on a council of lords or something.

... we saw (some of) the Unsullied leave... but there really was nothing about the Dothraki. I don’t see how these two huge armies could stay contained or controlled once their leader died. It would’ve been ‘cleaner’ if it was somehow pointed out that their armies had been massively shrunk after two major battles.
