The idea that blacks somehow “built” America leads to the obvious question: Are whites better off because there have been blacks in America? Whatever they may say out loud, judging by where they choose to live and send their children to school, most whites certainly don’t think they benefit from the presence of blacks today. Nor are they wrong.............

I kinda think its just an opinion about the stupidity of reparations.

Maybe stupidity is the wrong word,impossibility,irrational,loopy,whacko not because of race but because of the challenges involved in determining such reparations and who actually would owe whom.

I have a daughter thats a scientist, I figure sometimes she is nuts, but she is convinced our species started in one place, says it can be proven from dna, all colors,races all our differences from 1 starting point.

There was talk of reparations on this site a while ago, I thought this guys articles was pretty good on the subject, but sure, I happen to agree with it.
Reparations are ridiculous to even consider at this point.

i don't agree with reparations, and i think only idiots would suggest support or otherwise put forward the idea that blacks in the USA should pay whites because their anscestors were brought to this country against their will as slaves. So sure, you are entitled to believe everything you read on any Russian based news site that you want. It is my view that quotes like this are just that, racist propaganda "cities such as Selma, Alabama, and Gary, Indiana, have been ruined because of black migration, millions of whites have become “refugees in their own country.”"

What your opinion piece seems to completely avoid noting is that salves didn't come to America voluntarily (THEY WERE SALVES), and the idea that they should pay white people now for ruining America is foolish, offensive and pathetically out of touch with reality. No one is on this forum posting from sites saying white people are the devil and owe black people reparations.
