I think this has been misinterpreted by the media and the entire point missed. Another example of their agenda and the narrowing bit by bit of free speech.

The day you find me cool is the day I throw myself off a cliff. My 2 daughters have never been kidnapped either.

Usually I'd just write the guy off as another celeb saying some nonsense that gets some attention to his latest film. I do find him weirdly sympathetic this time. He was talking about the community that he grew up in, and the anger that he felt. Northern Ireland Catholics were very much a racial and religious minority with a strong terrorist element.

I'm kinda impressed that he spoke about it. It kind of takes a bit of courage to say that kind of thing in public. To acknowledge those feelings. Reminds me of why the peace process has worked in Northern Ireland. Forgiving, rather than forgetting.

I think it;s more that he owned up to it, acknowledged that it was wrong, and talked about it.

I never realised that Catholics in Ulster were a different race to the protestants. If only I had your perception of life but I've led a very sheltered life.

What Sym is saying is that he thinks Catholics are subhuman.

It's like the old joke. How do you know ET was a Catholic? Because he looks like one.

He's at it again. Reports claim Neeson was overheard saying "I could murder an Indian " whilst entering a curry house. Sources MSM

Perhaps ethnicity would have been a better, more PC word.
