As the article points out, membership of the EU prohibits Denmark from building a truly effective defense. There is only one solution: Denparture.

That would be funny, Denmark leaving the eu for lack of a fence for boars.

Here's another fun fact. The mass murder of the Boers generated massive German hatred against the British and was one of the factors leading to WWI. Back then nationalism was in full swing and in Germany that meant pan-germanism, similar to Russia's pan-slavism. Many Germans considered it Germany's duty to protect all germanic people, the Boers included.

Sounds like ethno-nationalism rather than nationalism.

Give it a few years and both will be back in full swing.

In 2016 America it was slightly less than 46% but still enough to win the Electoral college
