To see both Trump and Michelle on stage for a presidential debate would be must see TV. But do we really want political dynasties? Bush (Senior, Jr., Jeb), Clinton (Bill Hillary, Chelsea) , Trump (lots of children) and maybe soon another Obama.
Bush, Clinton, Bush, Obama, Trump, 2020 Michelle?, 2024 Ivanka?, 2028 Chelsea

She would probably be a great president but you have to think the place would come apart. Would be quite the show for sure.

Personally I think there is a vast difference between husband / wive versus father / son (or mother / daughter or any combination therein). I don't think of the former as being a dynasty. I know a couple of cases in the Senate where the wife is selected to finish the term of her husband. We can do a interesting debate on whether or not this happened unofficially after Woodrow Wilson had his stroke in 1919.
Unfortunately, Michelle Obama is no Edith Wilson and Edith didn't have to go through the election process. I don't think she can survive the fires of the party's upcoming civil war. Too many will see her as part of the party establishment.

Plus she has better things to do.
I'm in favour of helping spread this rumour though.

We could consider dropping the politicians all together and elect/appoint/expose the people that run the place.

There is roughly a 0% chance that Michelle Obama will seek the presidency. Given the shellacking her husband got for doing a pretty ok not great but ok job all things considered, would you?
Heck, as far as first wives go, Melania is way more involved in the running of the Oval Office than Michelle was. You see she got an actual political appointee fired over a seating arrangement?

It would be nice. Unfortunately most sports players have mediocre children. Pete Rose Jr. for example had a hard time int the independent league and got in trouble for selling drugs.

Kings are a lot like Clans and Prophets; never appreciated locally but always considered impressive to outsiders.
