This isn't a shocker.

Statistically older couples will die within 15 months of the death of one another.

His wife died on July 6, 2017, so almost exactly 15 months.

Talking of his wife, she was from Newcastle in England. Early in Lieber's career he was embarrassed about being a comic strip writer. She helped remove the Jew and replace it with compassion.
