Anyways... lp500 or 5000qv all the way. With or without the wing, it's equally gorgeous. Only liked it with the wing as a kid but I ended up loving both. For colours, white, red, black in no particular order. Special mention to silver and yellow. No other colour is acceptable unless proven otherwise.

The entry scene in Rainman is the hottest car porn I've seen in my life. Perfect version and perfect colours for the most beautiful car ever.

Saw one for sale, a 76, for like 1.2 mill. The 89's are readily available and appear to be in the mid 300s. Damn things hold their value and will always have a following.

you are that old? the first production countach was from 74 but I'm pretty sure the concept car was way older than that.

I remember like 12 years ago I saw Keke Rosberg's countach for sale for 74 000€ in Monaco in mint condition , in white. I had that kind of money had I invested it all in my childhood dream car, which would've been really stupid.

I haven't driven one obviously, but I've seen tons of reviews including modern reviews... and yes... this car seems to be proper shit todrive; proper shit mechanical issues and proper shit italian quality finish and its performance are laughable by today's standards. Who cares though with those looks right? lol.

I would just've added "encore" in your last sentence, just like in English, without the "still" it doesn't sound that right.


So just talking about cars from this era.... Funny how I loved the Testarosa and I really didn't like the F40 as a countach fanboy..... I only started to really like it in the 2000s I guess.
But my all time favorite Ferrari is the 288 GTO

anybody defending the 25th anniversary or posting pics of that turd in this thread will be severly insulted. It's objectively a massacre.
If you ask a 10 years old to paint on the Mona Lisa with fluorescent markers, I'm sorry but anybody prefereing that version of the painting take deconstructive art way too seriously.

The curvy line going towards the chassis are essential to the design of the car in contrast to the boxy fenders and pilars. Making it all boxy below as Pagani did is a disgrace to Gandini's masterpiece.
