Ok so just over an hour ago there was a terror attack in Melbourne. Before the media starts with it's bullshit I'll save you the job of watching the mainstream news.

A couple of hours after attack - Attacker probably disaffected, marginalised youths. Discrimination, poverty, unemployment leads to radicalisation. Nothing to do with Islam.

Early day 2 - Muslims fear backlash
Later - right wing racists exploit attack with violence against Muslims ( after veiled woman claims someone gave her a nasty stare)

Early day 3 - this was an attack against Islam, Muslims real victims.
Later - Attacker had long term psychiatric problems

Day 4 - make up story about Muslim hero, who saved lives during attack. Or show picture of Muslim looking annoyed by attack.

Day 5 - United response to attack ( candle vigil) proves success of diversity and multi culturism. It's the right wing racists we must destroy.

This is getting old now, so depending on how stoopid the media think you are they might change this approach but probably not.

As someone who lives in Melbourne, I can tell you the attacker was Somalian.
Unlikely he would be Muslim, most Somalians here are Christians
So does that make it a Christian terror attack?

Melbourne only has a population of about 5 million so everyone knows everyone else in some way or another.

Somalia is one of the most Muslim countries on the planet. It is definitely in the top 12, although by some counts has more Muslims percentagewise than Afghanistan and Iraq.

The Somalians i know must not reside here then, I live in Melton and it has the highest Somalian population of all the Melbourne suburbs, only 1 family I know are Muslims, 3 go to a christian church and the others i don't think give 2 rats, they spend most of their time shoplifting.

But if you want the truth, don't look at the media for the story. The media here is over commercialised and will do anything to make a story much bigger than it really is.

I will only add that salves were mainly hunted by Muslim traders all over Africa, and that slave trade was active long before Europeans visited the southern tip of Africa.

If I made you think the black people in my area are bad, the whites are far worse.
I would trust about 75% of the blacks in my area, and probably 40% of the whites.
Not to say I live in a bad area.. I just don't trust many people
