how are small cans of beer legal? (355ml) is it so we exercise more to go to the fridge

Tall cans get warm before you have time to drink them. I never buy tall cans, but on the rare occasions when someone insists on giving me one, I always end up throwing away the second half of it because it's piss warm.

my beer is far to empty by the time it is warm it is half digested

Unfortunately you haven't figured out how to drink it faster before it gets warm . I listen to Tall Can G while i drink tall cans.

I drank a tall can of XX while it was still ice cold at kemah boardwalk when it was over 100 degrees. About ten minutes later my wife was not excited about that.

I've always preferred small cans, they hold up better over the years. Cute, and anything more than a handful is a waste.
