Poaching

Texas is a hunting/fisherman's paradise. We have lots of rivers, lakes and beaches so there are plenty of opportunities to catch and kill. The land and water are full of native wildlife that need a permit (not expensive) and non native that you can shoot or catch year round.

Suspect captured by police. Shark has been returned. Her name was Helen. Poacher had one already at his house so for some reason he wanted two. The other 2 fugitives are on the run.

Pretty sure in Texas if you are white you can shoot people of any colour and get away with it, not just natives.
