In darkest Bavaria, das wampyre, nosferatu- they hunt.

Frightened villagers have petitioned their burgerkings to establish crosses on all public buildings.

A German state has ordered that Christian crosses should be placed on the entrance of all government buildings.

Bavaria's conservative government has said the crosses should not be seen as religious symbols, but are meant to reflect the southern German state's "cultural identity and Christian-western influence."

Crosses are already compulsory in public schools and courtrooms in predominantly Catholic Bavaria.

Will it be enough?

A local Duke, John III the Pitiless, issued a statement via his press office- "Ve [sic] are already here."

Apparently, a garlic ban will soon follow. Then the stakehouses have to close.

That's why France has so many vampires. Basically it's just the secular state mandating that all French people wear garlands of garlic around their necks that keeps them at bay.

Don't worry, Germany. China respects mutual sovereignty and will not criticise you for how you choose to run your country, unlike all these whiny Euro Americans.
