New Game: Nuclear Roulette

Every year, one random country with a trade surplus with the United States gets nuked. Obviously Canada is exempt because we make sure to run a deficit for Big Brother.

It's win-win. The protectionist tariff people get some say in global politics, while the consumer doesn't have to deal with crappy tariffs.
