Is typing "Placeholder" an infringement of our CC rights?

I noticed several posts by one unidentified poster that have "Placeholder" in the first post after a poll?

Is this an infringement of our rights as posters to be the first to comment?

it's kind of a dick move, yeah. i think placeholders should be made to SUCK IT.

I would grab them by the nose and kick them in the ass.

I'm not sure how to vote since the poll question is opposite of the questions in the first post.

Indeed. Most placeholders I know suxisuck it.

Still in the end, the placeholder is only hurting himself. A later-edited post receives only a fraction of the reads/attention compared to a post properly placed at the thread terminal.
