I can't. The reason I started this is I was sure the first one I posted was different from the song until I googled yesterday.
I don't know if I ever knew the verse you posted before then, I can't remember it still.
I thought the second one I put there was "you dirty sweet no mind girl." instead or "You're dirty sweet.." The point of the thread was I have been fairly wrong through out the song.
I'm wondering how rampant that is. Where are the other old rock fans?
Dukasaur, notyou2, Serbia, probably even Burnie. There must be others that like the song.

"You're dirty you're sweet. You've got the teeth of the hydra upon you." ?
I completely missed that line every time through the decades.

I even messed up the line before that hydra bit.

I like the power station cover too. Those guys were great.

I always thought the song should be called Gio Baggio and I won't listen to it on principle.
I knew a guy named Howie (actually his last name was Howieson, but he went by it) and he had a tape of T-Rex where halfway through the A-side you could hear some chick saying "How you doing, Howie" and he replied "I'm doing alright".
Also, they did the soundtrack to Billy Elliot. I don't know how much of the amazing soundtrack they saved for the musical edition.
