An orangutan who was one of the first apes to learn sign language has died in Atlanta, Georgia, aged 39.

Chantek lived with an anthropologist in Tennessee for about nine years and learned to clean his room, make and use tools and memorise the route to a fast-food restaurant.

He spent his later years in Zoo Atlanta where he was treated for heart disease.

Hooray for another misleading title by mrs and it's attempt at anti-Americanism and promoting whatever agenda it has yet to post.

Here's a quick fact check:
Orangutan life expectancy: 35 – 45 years.

In more relevant news. China still sucks

Did/does tne cited news article say the ape actually ate fast food?

We need facts, not more innuendo and allegations and implications. And please, no "alternate" facts, either, (KellyAnne).
