Eyes are sensitive to light, being outside during any time of the day spells doom for me, nose is stuffed to no damn end, I get headaches, I sneeze at least 3 times in a row. Medicine doesn't do dick to help. Claritin, Benadryl, Zyrtec, Bleach, nothing.

I feel like a fucking vampire. Does anyone else suffer this bullshit every year? Am I cursed to hate Spring/Summer forever?

That's your body's way of saying your weak. Your immune system needs to step it's game up.

My existence sucks from late March/early April until mid July. I don't get headaches, but i pretty much sneeze and produce mucus non-stop, it's gross. Throat is constantly raw and itchy. I wanna claw my eyes out because they itch and burn. During the peak i even get mild asthma, which just ended actually, so I'm glad that's over.

That's what you get for living in the Willamette valley, slick. Claritin and allegra don't do shit. Zyrtec (cetirizine-i get cheaper stuff) staves off the worst of it but doesn't help a whole lot. Benadryl works but only because it knocks me out, i think. Like, it should be a sleep drug.

Had very bad allergies. Got desensitised as a teenager, grid with 144 little squares drawn on my arm, 144 little needles with allergens, poked under my skin. Whatever came up with the biggest welt, was desensitised to. Painful, time consuming, expensive for my parents. Of great benefit, no longer look like I'm mourning a loved one every time the season changes, or common flowers bloom. Was not fucking fun at all. Am lucky Telfast works for me, and every 5-7years when autumn is much worse than normal, need to use a prescription nasal spray as well.

Yes, and the dry desert air/climate.

Have you ever tested yourself for allergens? You could make a desensitisation process but it takes a lot of time and energy.
