My beautiful city has been flooded...

Sheffield amongst other parts of the UK have yesterday been affected to freak weather and flash floods.
And more heavy rain is apparantly on the way.
It is all chaotic here at the moment, the Ulley reservoir in Rotherham, nearby Sheffield, may burst and collapse any moment now and flood everywhere around it. 3 People have died, 2 in Sheffield, and 1 in Hull. Sheffield is also isolated - trains have been cancelled, and people are advised not to go in or out of the city.
I'm pretty lucky, much of Sheffield and Rotherham have no power.

And to make things worse, my beautiful football ground has been closed with no power and working telephone lines! -

I know, it is a shame, a 68 year old man died after getting out of his car in Wicker, Sheffield, and a 14 year old teenage boy was swept away in a river. The other man, in Hull, died after getting trapped in a drain.

This also happened around where I live on June 9th-11th. Many homes were evactuated and a family of 5 died when the highway collapsed. I lost power on the weekend of that time, and missed some turns. It kinda sucked. Also near Newcastle (Just north of where I live), a Tanker got stuck on the beach by huge waves pounding it onto there. It's really a site.

hm, it's kinda weird that it's happening around a lot of places.

Sorry to hear about all these floods and flood related deaths :( But please, please send some water our way; we're in really high level water restrictions, and I want to go back to the days when I didn't have to time my showers

HA! We're just going back down to Level 3 Water Restrictions around now, cause of the floodings and rain we had on the storm that I said before.
