James Clapper's NSA spyware, developed under Obama's regime, has been stolen and used to take down the entire British healthcare system, as well as FedEx.
James Clapper is the ex NSA chief who testified against Trump in the U.S. Congress.

I think WannaCry was launched by Microsoft as a promotional stunt for Windows 10. Think about it:
- Glitch only applies to really old version of Windows that no longer make money for Windows
- Infections spun as fault of computer users
- Infections would never have hit someone using later versions of Windows
- $$$$
