Communism is very different from Islam, actually communism doesn't even recognize theistic religion as friendly.

For humankind communism is very good system, successes in USSR and China are more then obvious. That system transformed those countries from nonindustrial countries to industrial countries. USSR won the race for flying into the space and lost the one for the moon, China is winning the economical race atm.
As any other system it has its flaws and strengths but in general its a system which goal is to reduce the difference between rich and poor and its one of the best in that.

ATM conjunction of Communism and Democracy is probably the best possible system that the humankind has come up with.

Really have nothing against communism, great in practice and theory, doesn't last long though. USSR is a poor example for communism because A. Marxism was the foundation built around Lenin until our boy in red, Stalin, decided to take a flaccid dump all over it. Ya know, the guy a little less evil than Hitler. And B. So again, great in theory, love the idea behind it, but capitalism plays on peoples greed and the lavish lifestyle that can com with it. "The American Dream". Communism doesn't. No one likes to be equals in the long run.

How did this turn into a communism vs Islam? Islam is a shitty religion that wants to impose Sharia Law, violently. Not going to argue any merits for Islam because there is none.

Ah ha, dukysnore is awake me thinks. So I won't try and mix my metaphors too much this week. I was thinking of sneaking through a LOTR quote and trying to pass it off as CS Lewis written, reckon given the right circumstances that would fly. Conflating Moby Dick and Treasure Island is another fun attention test. Did you stop to consider maybe I was throwing the pig quote in for it's Islamic potency.

Russia and China both got much of their technology from a capitalist country. America. If American business didn't give Russia and China technology then both countries would be in the shitter.
