You're probably thinking of his skits with Dave Chapelle. Look for The Chapelle Show in google and you might find links.

No, there're a couple of others that are in the special features, not the Rick James or Prince ones. It's been so long, I don't remember how they went, but they were about less famous people. Like one he talks about being head of security for his brother, i think.
