'The Myth Of German Villainy' is an excellent book - a great companion volume would be 'Hellstorm - The Death Of Nazi Germany 1944-1947' by Thomas Goodrich, which explores the end of the war in Europe and its aftermath in depth, pulling no punches.

An objective history of Europe in the 20th century would point the finger at Great Britain as the main source of conflict and not Germany, Churchill not Hitler would be awarded the most diabolic leader medal. Both the USA and Great Britain have genocide in their pasts, e.g. native Americans, Ireland and Irish slaves to the US in the 17th century. Neither USA nor Britain can claim sainthood as a nation.

I think there's an argument to be made that Germany got a lot more flak than desired for World War One. All things being equal, I couldn't say the same of World War Two.

Fun fact: when the League of Nations convened at Versailles in 1919, the japanese proposed a universal declaration of racial equality accross all races. Only the 4 most racist countries of the time voted against. Belgium, Portugal, the USA and the British empire vetoed stating that the white man still had the divine right to rule over everyone else. Whilst countries like China, Japan, Brazil, France, Italy, Russia, etc. all voted pro.

Work with me on this. I'm getting headaches, lobotomies are expensive. I'm attempting to become an SJW, a cheaper non surgical way to stop headaches and thinking. Feigning outrage, and seeing offence when none was meant is part of the SJW creed, I'm slowly becoming more regressive and dumb, please help.
