Vegetarians no longer able to eat £5 notes

Shockingly, the new 5 pound note in the UK is not vegetarian. It may not even be kosher or halal, and Hindus, Sikhs, and Jain folk are upset too. It has animal fat- tallow, in it.

It can, however, be used to play vinyl records. Sort of.

It can also survive a washing machine. Which means it's legal to launder money now.

You'd think that would do the trick, but somehow people still think they're unclean.

I'm personally sticking to government advice- five a day.
