How do you foe someone?

I mean really foe them. Not the pussy "you're on my foe list, but I have to reply to your posts showing how I'm ignoring you" kind of foeing. I'm talking full on ignoring someone foeing here.
The kind of bad-ass ignoring of another person they show in movies. No holds barred, balls-to-the-wall blanking. None of this schoolgirl "I'm not talking to you" nonsense.
We're talking Bruce Willis in Die Hard degrees of nothing left-to-lose none responsiveness here. Bruce Lee in Enter the Dragon levels of not talking to someone.
The religiously mandated kinds of shunning that make the Amish look like rank amateurs.

There's four I can think of that I just stopped reading outright.
Xtratabasco - Probably the worst excuse of a human being I've came across on CC. Foed and outright ignored him after awhile. Not sure if he was perma banned or if he finally migrated away from here.
owenshooter - I've had him foed for almost a decade. Never liked any of his posts and always came across as a douche. I made the sad mistake of reading a few of his posts recently, won't be doing that again. Wish he was permaed because he doesn't contribute anything here.
PLAYER57832 and jay_a2j - These two were just horrible to read, have no idea what happened to them.
Not really many in present day that makes me the list.

I got banned for a month for calling PLAYER a stupid cunt in the forums.
She is the worst kind of know-it-all that ther is.
AAfitz is lke the male counterpart of PLAYER. They should get together and have kids, that is if AA can find his dick.

I've never foed anyone, but people who've foed me go out of their way to reply to my posts telling me that they've done so. I've never really understood that mindset.
I can certainly understand foeing as a personal preference for the sake of one's own sanity, but it's always seemed a bit weird when people still reply as if it's something to boast about.
That's the kind of schoolyard BS that just ain't gonna cut it with the real foeing crews out on the streets. If you're gonna foe, foe it right.
