And the entire libertarian movement gave out a collective facepalm.

I'm pretty sure when he was asked about Aleppo his immediate thought was "I guess it's a pretty good brand of dog food, but what's this got to do with the Presidential campaign?"

The New York Times immediately read his embarrassing gaffe into the record. It wrote:
“What is Aleppo?” Mr. Johnson said when asked on MSNBC how, as president, he would address the refugee crisis in the Syrian city that is the de facto capital of the Islamic State.
The Syrian city of Aleppo is not the de facto capital of the Islamic State. When the New York Times was apprised of this, it quickly rewrote the piece:
“What is Aleppo?” Mr. Johnson said when asked on MSNBC how, as president, he would address the refugee crisis in the Syrian city that is a stronghold of the Islamic State.
Aleppo is also not a stronghold of the Islamic State.

Andrew Wilkow just said that the nominations for the Libertarian Party is like who gets the garter at the wedding. Unlike the bouquet, where all the young ladies fight tooth and nail to get, getting the garter is something most people try to avoid. Oops you just got the garter, congratulations, you are nominated.

He has trouble focusing. His running mate usually covers for him.
Looks like dementia is starting to take it's toll.

Looks like dementia is claiming more than one victim.

Actually if he had smoked less weed and focused on what's really going on in the world he might have had a chance. Meanwhile jill is vandalizing bulldozers in protest. Both of their responses ohhh look how pretty.
