My bad. He mostly spoke in English, but that part was in Spanish.

Alhough that doesn't mean that I can't be right. How do you say 'prostate' in Spanish?

I don't think Mexicans have use for medical words like 'prostate'. IIRC they still get 90% of their medical needs attended to by the village witch.

Indeed, he spoke in English, then switched to Spanish for the bizzare insult. I think the various diplomatic services watching understood what the idiot was saying though.
