My wife is from Yorkshire. My father-in-law appears in a movie with Sean Bean. Yorkshire is a great place.

Game of Thrones is a pretty good point of reference for differences between the main regions of the UK.

Yorkshire is the North. Grim weather, everything's grey, best avoided.

He dies in almost every roll he's played in, most notably as Boromir from Lord of the Rings and Ned Stark from GOT.

Though in later seasons, Kenny doesn't die near as much. Though, a few episodes actually do touch on the topic a bit.

I've been to Yorkshire a bunch of times, mostly to York but also to Leeds. So I knows what I'm talking about, Po.

Yorkshire is east of Manchester so gets a low amount of rainful.

Sean Bean starred in the Lord of the Rings trilogy and Game of Thrones, as well as gangland thriller Essex Boys.
