In what legal experts believe is Oregon's first such ruling, Judge Amy Holmes Hehn said Friday that the Portland resident's sex has been changed from female to nonbinary.

"It feels amazing to be free from a binary sex classification system that inadequately addressed who I really am, a system in which I felt confined," Shupe said.

Insofar as I can tell, a Nonbinary is a male who has sex reassignment surgery to become a female but, after becoming a female, identifies as a male (or visa versa).

Also, all the strip clubs I've been to in Portland sucked. The only good thing there was the food carts downtown.

The food portions in Portland are obscene.

I went to a place called claim jumpers. I ordered an appetizer to share and a main course. Then spotted another appetizer that looked good so added that. Everyone else only ordered mains. There was me, my wife a friend and our two children who had kids meals. We had so much food left over, when we left, it looked like we ordered take out for everyone.

This was when I was a fairly capable glutton and shared the appetizers.

Seriously though, as long as people stick to modifying their own genitals, more power to them. Any plan that includes dick-removal shows that the person in question cares more about the issue than I do.

I thought Eddie Izzard was the first nonbinary person (albeit not created by court order). He is a man who dresses in womens' clothing who is attracted to women. An executive transvestite.

He's also one of my favorite comedians.
