Britain's £1bn ($1.4bn) warships are losing power in the Persian Gulf because they cannot cope with the warm waters, MPs have been told.
The British MoD says Type 45 destroyers are the most advanced warships ever built by Britain.

This is almost as funny as the Canadian submarines that
can't go underwater or the Canadian warships that have to be
towed into battle by American tugboats.

clearly not; these ones work in warm water so are
ipso facto more advanced -

To be fair, at that time in their history, the UK could test ships in warm water anywhere from the Carribean to the Indian Ocean. Nowadays they are limited to the Channel and the Irish Sea (unless the Irish are feeling feisty).

Brits should buy french destroyers.
Then when you brexit, we can just go like..... Yeah well, too bad for you, talk to my hand. Selling those to egypt!
