Trump first American leader to successfully engage DPRK

Postby mrswdk on Wed Jun 01, 2016 4:39 am

After all the smear stories about his lack of diplomatic credentials, Trump has just silenced his critics by succeeding where all the self-styled Establishment pros have failed - he has started to build a bridge with North Korea.

North Korea editorial praises 'wise' Trump

North Korean state media has hailed US Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump as a "wise politician" who could be good for the North.

The editorial in DPRK Today said he was a "far-sighted presidential candidate".

Mr Trump recently said he would be willing to meet North Korean leader Kim Jong-un, and has also proposed withdrawing US troops from South Korea.

Analysts said the editorial was not official policy but likely reflected Pyongyang's thinking.

One is a member of America's oligarchy who has just been elected head of the political party that controls America's Congress and (according to current opinion polls) may well be President by this time next year, the other is a retired basketball player.

Way to steal the thunder from my devilishly clever joke. Bastage.

OHHHH! You're talking about their current circumstances! Sorry about that. I thought you were indicating there was some innate redeeming quality about Donald Trump. I find his innate abilities to be much like Dennis Rodman's innate abilities... except Rodman had a better sense of physics as evidenced by his rebounding skillz.

His ability to engage in meaningful dialogue with foreign leaders, likely to deescalate strained relationships?

No. Like Dennis Rodman, Donald Trump is a celebrity. And what's his face in North Korea likes him some US celebrities.

I wonder who would win a free throw contest between rodman, trump and kim. Rodman kind of sucked at it, so no, it sn't such an easy question!

I heard great stuff about kim's golf abilities in the north korean national news. I wouldn't be surprised if he happened to be a great B-ball shooter.

Kimmy just needs to use specially made basketballs and a specially made hoop. Rodman and Trump use standard ones.

Here's little Kimmy's hoop and ball.

And that is Kimmy showing off his sick skills, going in for the dunk.
