Among the Inspector-General's findings:

- Clinton and her staff were "uncooperative" with the Inspector-General and refused to be interviewed,

- Human Abedin, at one point, advised Clinton stop using her private email because it was going to everyone's spam folders. Clinton said she couldn't because she was worried about her email later being accessible (such as in response to a Freedom of Information Act request).

- Staff involved in setting-up the server expressed concerns that it was secure and that it complied with recordkeeping policies; they were told "never to speak of the Secretary’s system again."

- In another case, when an IT staffer raised concerns about the system, he was told the Office of Legal Counsel had approved it, however, the Office of Legal Counsel had actually never even been told of the system.

The FBI investigation continues ...

So what happens if Clinton wins the nomination then gets indicted for being a dodgy old witch? Would the nomination then flip to Sanders?

According to this, if she resigns after the convention, but before the election, the Democratic National Committee would select a replacement. Not sure who they'd pick, though, since all her closest allies (McAuliffe, etc.) are also under FBI investigation. They may have to go pretty deep into the bench to find someone without legal problems.

Though I strongly doubt Clinton would resign the nomination just because she was facing a criminal indictment. She'll throw a hail-mary and keep running while out on bail so she'd potentially be able to pardon herself.

It's also highly doubtful she will be indited. That's the AG, not the FBI, and the former is far more political these days.

Not necessarily clean, but I agree she won't get indicted. She has had a dialogue involving political matters regarding Libya with Sidney Blumenthal, someone rejected by the White House to join the State Department. This man has never been Libya, was giving Hilary second hand advice, and in return solicited Hilary's help regarding his business ventures in Libya. In the mean time she didn't send a single email to Ambassador Stevens, whose corpse would later be paraded around the streets of Bengazi.

No, this is not a political thing. I mean it sounds like if Trump is the president he can make the IRS audits go away. If Clinton is president, can she make the FBI investigation go away? Both the IRS and the FBI are run by the executive branch, I think.

To be fair to Symm, Obama is really a Republican. He was against gay marriage until it became politically expedient to be in favor of it; he directed multiple international conflicts against brown people of a different religion; his executive offices are filled with ex-bankers; he signed into law a huge boondoggle for corporations (paid for by the government). I mean, he's cooler than most Republicans, but he's still basically a Republican.
