Oh Gippy, you shouldn't be thinking of such things - try ruminating over stuff that's a tad more on the positive side...

But since you ask, I'd say anything involving watching loved ones getting hurt - can't be anything worse than that, especially if you were powerless to help.

A curb stomp, also called a "California smile", "Chicago kiss" or making someone bite the curb is a form of assault in which a victim's mouth is forcefully placed on a curb and then stomped from behind, causing severe injuries and sometimes death.

People who survive curbstomping will suffer broken teeth and a broken jaw along with torn tissue around the lips and so on.

"The Loved Ones". One of the best shock/gore films I've seen in my lifetime.

So, worse than dying would be being tied up by your "prom" date, having steak knives driven through your feet, industrial cleaner injected into your vocal cords, and then having a hole drilled into your skull and have boiling water poured down a funnel into your brain. Then your "zombie" body dumped into the root cellar with the rest of the "prom" dates from years past, eating whatever roadkill your "prom" date's daddy throws down for you.

I guess I would agree to that. That would be worse than dying.
