Okay, I don't have time to watch a 3 hour video. Can you give a synopsis?

Basically, there has been a lot of new evidence gathered from all different places in all different kind of ways by all kinds of different scientists from all kinds of different fields that gigantic comet fragments hit the earth roughly 11,000 years ago. The video is 3 hours long because that is how long it takes to present and discuss and merge a plethora of new discoveries made recently which are also pulling older discoveries out of the speculation zone and plugging them in, along with numerous core samples from around the world and numerous carbon dating tests and even the stories memorized and handed down for hundreds of generations until finally written down in religious texts, indeed there was a great flood all around the world. There is a lot of new evidence showing the largest fragment slammed into the ice shelf at that time 2 miles thick over Canada with other fragments hitting in Europe and as far East as Syria. The evidence shows the earth heated up drastically in a matter of weeks and anywhere that was not flooded was likely burned to the ground. 90% of all species in the America's perished, roughly 50% in Europe and Asia, while Africa suffered the least damage losing only 10% of it's species which accounts for why so many mega-mammals are still roaming the earth there. However, human beings came very close to extinction, and along with WAY too many other things to list (why the video is 3 hours long) we may finally be starting to understand civilization did not 'start' in the 3,500 b.c. that is commonly accepted, and likely there were civilizations all over the world 12,000 years ago with their own great wonders like the Pyramids... but they and all their evidence got flushed away by the great flood. Because humanity was barely limping along after the floods is the reason why they made sure to remember the story of our ancient past and hand it down verbally and verbatim over hundreds of generations. The information written down in sacred texts was/is encoded and passing this information on was a major priority. Humanity not only wrote it down in numerous collectives, they also encoded the information into the great wonders of the world and other structures built to stand the test of time which luckily do still stand today. Really I could type for hours about this but trust me the video as far more organized and full of documentation and pictures and scientific studies producing solid results that match up with all kinds of other evidence previously seeming to be unconnected.

Oh, and btw, one story that was passed down verbally for untold generations landed in the lap of Plato, which he in turn wrote down for the world, even giving a date for when it was destroyed. The date he gives for the end of Atlantis fits exactly into the time period earth was struck by comet fragments

So the title of the thread should be...

"Some say a Comet Did Fall From the Sky"

Only a few here will understand the irony in someone telling Phatscotty that this place is a troll haven, not a place for decent discussion.

Or .. I think I might have just seen a 4 legged farm animal flying

On a more serious note. The past existence of pre-bronze age civilizations have been known for decades. The only problem is very little is actually known about them, which casts a lot of uncertainties and plausible but unfully proven theories.

And evidences of great floods have been known for decades as well, just not to biblical exagerated proportions.

what do you base that on? you might want to watch this video/check out their evidence. Just ignore them when they start going into how some people flat out auto-reject their evidence cuz 'the Bible'.

I'm not watching a 3 hour video of a radio interview. I seriously doubt anybody here, except for you, will be tempted to.
You're trying to spark a debate but you present materials you know nobody is going to sit through.

FYI except for the 'biblical exagerated proportions' part, which is my own personal opinion, nothing I said is false. Historians have been aware of great floods and ancient cilizations for decades. Even high schools teach of the neolithic era(10,000 BC).

PS: Should I assume your little video refers to some of the same evidences the 'ancient aliens' guys referred to? How the pyramids are giant forges, the smolten wall in South-America, ancient figures of planes, giant submerged buildings off the coasts of Japan and Florida, ancient light egyptian light bulbs, the radiation level of an ancient Indian city, ...
